Tommy has bought his own car this year and plans on racing two nights a week, Fri. and Sat. His goal is to win championships at both tracks.
Tommy started the night out with another heat win, but come feature time his car wouldn’t hook up to the track again. His car is the only three link car everyone else is a four bar car and they hook to the track when it’s hard dry & slick. Tommy finished ninth in the feature.
Tommy placed forth in the heat race. He started eleventh in the feature and that’s where he finished. Can’t get this car to hook up when the track is this dry and slick.
We had to decide between Gas City and Butler since they were both running on Sat. night this week. He won his heat race. Started sixth in the feature and was going for forth when car in front of him lost control slammed on the brakes and Tommy tapped him. That guy ended up in [...]

Started the night out by winning the heat race, Then won the mid-season championship feature. Added two more trophys to his collection and is still leading the points.
Started the night out by winning the heat! Then in the feature he started sixth and finished in second. Still leading points at Gas City and the Kokomo and Gas City Challenge.
Won the heat race. Started second in the feature took the lead and after eight laps droped to second then third hoped to stay there but ran into lapped traffic and ended up forth. Still good for only the third time on this track.
Tommy won his heat race, started fifth in the feature and got taken out on the first lap. Had to make another pit stop to change it. Started fourteenth and finished in eighth again. Not the best week-end, but could have been worse
